No code. No jargon you have to memorize first. No promises that this will transform your life, and no warnings that it will take your job. Ten short steps: a setup page, eight lessons, and a month-long project you grade yourself.
Who this is for
Anyone comfortable with email, online banking, and a phone who has never once found a use for AI. You are unfamiliar with this, not incapable of it. Nothing here assumes you have written code, and nothing here will ask you to.
Who it is not for: anyone already using these assistants daily who wants the advanced material, and anyone hoping to be told that AI is either a miracle or a disaster. It is a tool. This is how it works. You get to decide what it is worth to you.
One rule before you begin
Never give any AI assistant your passwords, your Social Security number, or your banking logins. No honest one will ever ask. That single rule covers most of the risk, and lesson 6 covers the rest when you get there.
What you need

How this course is written
Good Clanker is a one-person lab that tests forward-looking ideas in public. The house rule is that the claim is written down and the scoring rules are fixed before the outcome arrives, and the result gets published whether it flatters the lab or not.
These lessons carry the same rule. No hype about what AI will do for you, no dread about what it will do to you. Decide what “good” looks like before you start, then check honestly. That method is the last lesson here as much as the first.
